Table Mountain: Hike across the top of Table Mountain. It has an unusually rich biodiversity and form part of the Cape Floral Region protected areas. These protected areas are a World Heritage Site, and an estimated 2,200 species of plants are confined to Table Mountain – more than exist in the whole of the United Kingdom.
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens cover an area of 528 hectares with 36 hectares of cultivated garden. The gardens are a celebration of South African flora. Fynbos, proteas, cycads and rolling lawns are intermingled with streams, ponds and well-laid out pathways for easy walking. One of the top seven gardens in the world.

Cape Town Tour – Township
Start in the Bo-Kaap with a drive through the Malay Quarter and a visit to the District Six Museum. Continue to the Cape Flats and Langa, Nyanga, Gugulethu, Khayelitsha and Crossroads. Included is a visit to a local shebeen (bar) for a taste of sorghum beer, the meat market, the men’s hostels, a herbalist and the Philani women’s center. This is an interactive tour with opportunity to speak to the local residents and possibly even be invited into their home.
